Spare Parts and Replacement parts are available for virtually all industrial burners and combustion systems supplied by Bloom Engineering in the past 50 years. Spare and replacement parts are manufactured to original dimensions and tolerances to insure performance is maintained.

Spare parts support for every Bloom burner installation ever supplied insures original quality and performance, which is important because small tolerance variations can affect thermal and NOx performance. For example, an improperly made HTR burner block reduces radiant heat transfer and can destroy the burner's nozzle.
Bloom manufactured parts are available directly from Bloom or through the furnace manufacturer for field installation. Bloom also offers shop maintenance services for customers wishing the quality control or needing to supplement plant trade and craft labor. Shop repairs may include entire assemblies where the burner is only one part. As an example, Bloom repairs radiant tube assemblies consisting of a burner, radiant tube, bung and mounting plate and even arranges the sale of scrap metal from the tubes for some customers. Burners extensively damaged by the likes of splashing hot metal or accidental impact from mobile equipment can often be remanufactured to original standards at considerable savings to the customer compared to replacement burners.
Retrofitting new technology into existing burners either in Bloom's shop or at the furnace frequently minimizes both cost and production disruption while resulting in lower NOx, better flame and heat transfer characteristics or higher air preheats. Bloom converts other types of burners to baffle burners using custom designed conversion kits. New nozzles and improved recuperators modernize antiquated radiant tube fired furnaces.
In an era when experienced combustion technicians and engineers are increasingly difficult to find, contracting for service crucial to the proper operation of furnaces is frequently the most economical alternative. Bloom offers routine tune-up, maintenance and troubleshooting services for all industrial furnaces regardless of the combustion system's manufacturer.
